Roasting Pumpkin Seeds
Roasting pumpkin seeds is pretty easy to do - once you get the guts out of the pumpkin, just manually pick through and pick out all the seeds, then give them a good rinse under the sink, and put them on a baking sheet.
Roast them at 350F for 30 to 45 minutes. You should check them every 10 minutes, or even every 5 after about the half way point, because they can burn quickly once they get far enough along. Just try one or two each time you check, and if they are dry in the middle, and yummy, then they are ready.

Apple Sauce
This is Scott (the honey guy). I thought the guy in the video looked familiar.
When we make apple sauce we cook the whole apple and put the sauce through a tomato juice maker to get rid of the skin and cores. It works quite well and doesn't take long....
