Home Made Tomato Juice
Did up some diced tomatoes yesterday, and while skinning and coring them I dumped the skins into one container, and the cores/seeds in another. Then I ran the cores and seeds through a sieve and collected the juice out the bottom. From a bushel of tomatoes I got almost 2 litres of incredibly tasty tomato juice. A sprinkle of celery salt and you're in heaven!
